I'm Jess Thoroughly, Certified Erotic Blueprint™ & Body Possibilities Coach

I am a women’s sensual movement teacher, athlete, and coach in the languages of eroticism.  My passion is helping women and couples find the unique way their body experiences pleasure and turn on. Over the last 13 years, I have immersed myself in the language of the feminine body, the science of desire and communication via erotic body language. Through my discovery of the language of the erotic, I found the key that every woman and/or couple needs to enhance sexual pleasure, connect intimately (with oneself and others), restore joy and cultivate passion in their sex lives.

 

As an athlete and teacher of sensual movement, I am keenly attuned to the body and all the myriad ways it seeks to communicate with us. And, I have built my practice around teaching the unique art of body listening. Most of us are never taught how to put language to our own turn ons let alone HOW to listen to or observe the pleasure signals in our partner’s body. I give my clients the tools to recognize their own turn ons, the language to communicate their turn ons to their partner(s), and help them cultivate the sensitivity to listen to their partner’s body responses to turn on.

I was with my husband for 12 years and spent most of that time in a sexless marriage. I thought that I was broken, that something was wrong with me, that maybe I’d just gotten older and my libido had faded. Finding the Erotic Blueprints™ opened my eyes to what was truly possible. WHAT IS AN EROTIC BLUEPRINT™?

Each of us has our own unique “blueprint” for how we like to experience pleasure and sexual turn on.  An Erotic Blueprint™ is the process of identifying what stimulates your body and causes you to experience pleasure.  And, it is unique to you!  There are 5 erotic languages: sensual, sexual, kinky, energetic, and shape shifter.  Each body has its own unique erotic language--a way an individual can be aroused, experience pleasure, and fulfillment.  The fun part is that anyone can learn another person’s erotic language. And, finding out how you are erotically wired creates so much space for healing, exploration and discovery. As I guide you through the 5 individual languages, you may even discover that you are already fluent in more than one!

MY MISSION/ HOW IT WORKS

My goal is to help my clients live their most pleasure filled lives by meeting them where they are in their erotic journey. I help you connect with your body and own your body’s pleasure language. The pursuit of pleasure is fun: I create games, exercises, and erotic assignments to aid you in the discovery of how to get fed … as well as how to feed another.  With me, you will learn to speak your desire, and to expand your pleasure language utilizing the Erotic Blueprints™ which will help you to create trust, intimacy...and, ultimately, freedom in your body and your sexual expression.  A delicious, juicy sex life is a side effect of cultivating fluency in your erotic body language.
